Pharmacy Operations Manager needed w/Bachelor's degree or Foreign Equivalent in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science and two (2) years experience as Pharmacy Operations Manager performing following job duties: Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery. Coordinate pharmacy activities across inventory, billing, staffing and customer service.  Respond to audit findings and implement corrective actions.       Resolve insurance issues, billing inquiries and coverage questions.  Identify and resolve claim rejections, underpayments and discrepancies. Coordinate prior authorizations and insurance verifications.   Supervise one (1) pharmacy technician.
